DOT Maintenance

Mock DOT Audit
Summit Safety will complete a Mock DOT audit of your regulatory required records. We will conduct the audit using criteria similar to those of a Federal or State DOT audit. For example, we will audit a percentage of your drivers based on total number of drivers. When the audit is completed, you will receive an audit summary report.

Full DOT Audit
Summit Safety will review ALL driver files and ALL equipment files for DOT compliance. Our detailed 28-point checklist will identify areas of non-compliance. The Summit Safety audit summary report will explain what the DOT requires of your company.

Records Compliance Management (RCM) Service
RCM Service follows through after a Mock or Full Audit. We will assist your company in filling the gaps so that you can focus on your business. Summit Safety’s Transportation Consultants will gather missing or incomplete data, set up new files, and implement a system to maintain them easily.
