"My firm has utilized the
services of Summit Safety Group, Inc. since.
1999. When our Company started using the services of Mike
Downie it was a breath of fresh air. I was a newly promoted
Safety Director, the company had a safety program on paper
that was just that. Mike became very involved in guiding
me in the direction I needed to take, to start turning this
failing safety program or lack there of around, to produce
a safe work environment for our employees. Not only has Summit
Safety been more than willing to give recommendations, they
have also been more than willing to provide quality training
as well as write quality-Safety programs for our diverse
operations Prestressed Casting Co. has since been recognized
by several bodies including O.S.H.A. Safety and Health Achievement
Program, along with recognition from Precast/Prestressed
Concrete Institute Safety Awards. None of this would have
been possible without the personalized help from Summit
Safety Group. I would Recommend Summit Safety Group to any
company looking to reduce their exposure to safety problems
and work place injuries. The personalized treatment you receive
cannot be compared to any other; they’re always available
when needed."

WinTech began operations
in 1991 and has gown to almost a hundred employees. For
ten years we operated without a full time safety director
on staff. With all the OSHA regulations, other safety
requirements, and in increase in reportable workcomp
claims, we realized that we needed an experienced person
to help us at WinTech. In August of 2001, WinTech hired
Mike Downie as its company safety director. Mike quickly
upgraded our existing safety program and provided needed
training. He was also on site with us through an OSHA
inspection. Adding Mike to our staff has proven to be
one of the best business decisions WinTech has made.
