Many insurance companies & some agencies provide safety resources, but they are usually very limited in their scope. SSG specializes in the implementation of full scale safety & OSHA compliance programs that will set your operations up for ongoing success.
There are several point we could make here, but one of the greatest differentiators is our industry-specific compliance programs. We have detailed compliance roadmaps built for just about every industry we serve. These keep our consultants focused on each required element of your program, keeps you aware of your progress, & doesn't leave costly gaps waiting to be found, resulting in huge fines.
Since we work closely with our clients, we feel we should be there to represent our clients during all phases of an inspection. Our clients can simply give us a call and we will handle the inspection from walkthrough, to closing conference, to informal or formal conference (if it gets to that point).
First we sit down with your company contact & look over past accident history. At that same time we review the OSHA 300 log to ensure it is filled out accurately & try to spot any trends in your accident/near miss history.
Next, we look over any written safety programs or policies you might already have in place. Anything that needs to be updated or revised will be written specifically for the client.
Following the records review, we will complete a detailed safety audit at the site. A written report will follow. It will outline OSHA compliance issues, potential citations, unsafe acts, & unsafe conditions observed at the time of the audit.
With this information, we build our SSG "Reach Your Peak" Compliance Map for work to be done over the next 12 months. This plan will outline every piece of compliance you need & the resources that will help us achieve a safe & compliant operation.
We work with our clients based on their needs. For some that means we are onsite multiple times per week. For others it could be once per week, once per month, or once per quarter. We will work with you & your team in any way that fits your budget but also whatever pushes your compliance goals forward.
We work with a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, warehousing, medical, engineering, public entities, & many others.
